For days I try all day long and they do not answer or the line is disconnected after waiting for an hour or more. My broker who is helping me cannot reach them after many attempts as well

This office makes things so difficult. My daughter is disabled and on SSI. I tried to get a replacement Social security card I called , they said I had to go online. I went online they want Picture ID for her. She just turned 16, school is Virtual so she has no school ID, they want me to mail in her original birth certificate? That's crazy, I ask to get an appointment to come in and bring all info was told no. So how can I get a card without sending in the only important documents I have and waiting a month to get it back?
