Excellent help. Someone tried to open a credit card in my name. Was worried about my social security check. She assured me that I was okay. Eased my concerns.

Ok..On hold for over an hour..answered all the questions. She asked for the deceased father's SS #, while I was trying to get it, she stated she could not hold on and hung up..This is so disrespectful because I held on for over an hour and we were on the phone for not even 3 minutes. I'm sure she has plenty of people to assist..but In the Name Of Jesus have a little patience. Not everyone is as AWESOME quick and on top of IT as I guess you think you are. Some of us are already having a tuff season, dealing with death and separation anxiety. You have control because we need you, and I feel YOU know that!

I received the best assistance from Anthony Hartley, from Villa Rica SS! After being told to call so many different offices to get my disability payments straightened out, even another employee at the same office told me I didn’t have all my documents in. He worked with me and for me, and I just received the deposit I had been waiting on! It’s the government, it may not be instant, patience is a virtue, deep breathing and not being short and mean- treat them like human beings too. I don’t think they enjoy not being able to be in the office either, they still will help you! Appreciate them!!

I am going into the military and I need a copy of my social security card. My mom has tried for 14 years to try and get it. I need it now. My recruiters have been trying as well and we can not get anywhere. I need to make an appointment ASAP and know exactly what is needed to get this.

I would like to Schedule an appointment as soon as possible I have just got temporary custody of my daughters and I needed their Social Security cards for insurance.

  9. Mar 8, 2021

This office needs to pick up the phone. I understand a 5-10 minute wait time but 1 hour to actually get a employee on the phone to get what you need is ridiculous and un- professional.

  10. Feb 22, 2021

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the Villa Rica Social Security office to answer the phone to attempt to make an in person appointment. I have talked to others who have had to travel as far as Columbus, Ga for an in person appointment. This is an issue. Extremely frustrating.

Finding it a challenge to send originals of the identity information required to get l a copy of toddlers SS card, I called and got Alyssa on the phone. She was rude, became frustrated and raised her voice when I asked if there was anyway I could schedule to bring the documents. I never got all my questions answered or got to a resolution because she hung up the phone on me. I called multiple other times hoping to get someone else but each time she answered and hung the phone up. The post-Covid processes are a bit challenging and can even be frustrating. To not have knowledgeable responsive customer support to help that process makes it even more difficult!

I received a call from someone claiming to be an investigator for the Social Security Office. When I returned the call it was answered by someone who did not speak very good English and I became suspicious. I did not give them any info. The number that they called from was 1 678 941 1348 Is this genuine or a scam?

I spoke to Alyssa today about terminating my medicare. She walked me through everything to where the form was in front of me . This is the second time I have called and got a friendly, helpful and caring voice on the other line. Previously, I only got rude, unhelpful and irritated people. Great job on getting people that actually care!! Alyssa was amazing and I am sending my form to her personally knowing it will get handled. Thank you!!!

I want the administrators at this office to know how unbelievably helpful your employee, Alyssa has been. I have had an on going situation with a issued deadline by which I needed to have shown that I am aware of the items required to complete my entry into the Social Security and Medicare payment system. The man who called from New Mexico left a number and extension but has not answered or tried to return my several voice mails to show that I am in compliance with the email that he sent me. In addition to not responding, the SS agent did not send the forms that were needed to complete the required tasks in the email. I would love to write a review about him. He speaks so fast and has an accent that it is impossible to hear his name.Giving him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he has no idea about what I have written. Maybe he is so snowed under with work that he cannot return my calls. Or maybe he just doesn't care and I am just one of many in the sea of bureaucracy that it doesn't matter to him That is why Alyssa is so refreshingly caring and her assistance is reassuring. Alyssa reviewed my file and sent me the forms. She tried to communicate with New Mexico that I had connected with SS. Alyssa is very efficient but has also gone above and beyond in trying to help me solve the issues that I have. She does not make me feel like just another patron even though the man in New Mexico does. Alyssa expresses concern about my well being and has made suggestions as what to do next, i.e. wait and call Friday because the mail will have been processed, attempting to contact New Mexico's office. What a wonderful employee you have. I feel like all will be well. Mary K Mallory
