I left a review on Google and am leaving one here too. I had been dreading coming in because the last time I did was not a good experience. That was in San Luis Obispo many years ago. But this time I was blessed to be able to see Alejandra. She was awesome! Super helpful, very informative, and a wonderful demeanor. And, I was able to get my replacement card in literally five minutes! Alejandra is a wonderful representative for what can sometimes be a daunting task for the public. Thank you Alejandra.

HORRIBLE! !!! They told me I had to come in and pick up a form, when I got there, they made me wait 2 hrs! Then it turns out they dont have the form they told me to get They have to mail it to you! They were supposed to call me 4 times now. I had appointments for these calls. And NO CALLS!!!!

  18. Dec 7, 2015

It makes no sense to have to incur an extended wait on the phone simply to make an appointment. An option on the website makes great sense. The California DMV has this option as do many other public agencies. Please consider making this option available ASAP to better serve your funders.
