It has been going on for almost 4 months the paperwork has not been filled out nor have they put it inside the system. I'm about ready to get an attorney because they will not do their job and they keep giving me the same answer.

I went in to the office to ask about information regarding disability benefits. The gentleman that spoke with me was very polite & very helpful answering all my questions & telling me step by step how to navigate the website. Very happy with my visit.

  15. Mar 10, 2021

Trying to call about an appointment, sat on hold for 15 minutes and then the call ended randomly.

  16. Feb 14, 2021

I need to make an appointment to update my last name and my sons due to an error at the hospital but your automated calling system keeps hanging up.

  17. Feb 11, 2021

I tried to report or inquire about a call. While listening to the automated reply, that recording was interrupted saying it was an involuntary response. I just hit the '1' again and the recording restarted again. But, again it was interrupted, and the automated operator thanked me for calling and said goodbye. I just began my call again, and just got dropped. On my third call I was told to please hang on and someone will answer my call. THEN the same robotic operator returns to thank me for calling, and hung up. On my fourth attempt to call, I got a sound as from a fax machine. So, I do not have means to visit in person. I can hire a neighbor to take me up there, but that is not easy to do. My neighbors work during your office hours. I am worried about people who rely on getting in touch with their SS office, and your phone system (is it a SMART application? -- note sarcasm) conveniently disconnects serious callers in serious need of information. I still have those few brain cells that warn me not to share personal info with strange callers. And Most Senior Citizens know that SS will not make calls to people. Still, there obviously are those people who make mistakes. And they can't get the help they desperately need, because robot operators are cheaper than real operators. Excuse my venom. I just wanted to vent, hoping someone will call their own answering system just to see what is going on.

I was forwarded to the Marianna Office from Panama City, FL on November 24. I spoke with a Mr. Winfield who was very responsive and guided me through the process of applying for Part B for me and my husband. He was very informative and I was able to print off the forms needed to start the process! Thank you to Mr Winfield who eased our minds In applying for our coverage! It was a pleasure to speak with him!

I would like to make an appointment to come in and talk to someone about applying for social security benefits. I have enough years in to retire but need to know how much I would draw now as opposed to when I am of the right age. If I can make an appointment I would like it to be Nov. 23rd,

The best and fastest services ever! And the employee explain everything to and for you.

  21. Aug 30, 2019

I followed the instructions about receiving the fraudulent phone calls. Wanted to report them. Your system makes it so difficult and tedious to do this. I finally had to hang up because it is impossible to get to an actual person or get anything that makes sense for just wanting to report the phone calls. Bureaucracy at it’s best. Grrrrrrr
