My documents are lost. No one ever called me despite them requiring that I place a note for contact to have the items picked up. No one knows when it was sent out, via what method, if there is a tracking number, if voicemail is left, what number calls, or what is needed. It's amazing how an entire department can be so incompetent. If it's too difficult to coordinate remotely maybe you should open the doors to the public.

THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST! My son has severe autism and was approved for disability and finally we could get insurance to continue speech and occupational therapy, well they said i needed to set up a savings account for the back pay, well previous to this any things SS mailed me it would be mailed back, which was noted so I called to tell her i need the paper that stated I was his payee so i could set up the bank account and back and forth she said she cant reprint it and the bank cant help me without it back and forth with her she stated 'WE CANNOT REPRINT THAT PAPER' so i was clueless well finally i call my local office in austin they were shocked saying no she can reprint it so anyways i switched to direct express making it easier (which no one said i could switch it) and now my sons disability payments are suspended because it took too long.....like what is wrong with this place, YOU ARE RUINING PEOPLES LIFE LITERALLY SOME PEOPLE DEPEND ON THIS MY SON NEEDS THERAPY HES BEING HELD BACK BECAUSE YOUR INCOMPETENCE!
