They do not return calls or leave message back to deaf consumers. Deaf consumers called constantly to speak with one of their representative Mrs. T and left several messages. Spoke with other representatives and they kept on saying they cannot help this consumer because Mrs. T is working on her case. It has been almost two months. Not one call back from Mrs. T. The consumer never get any paperwork or appointment set up. Very soon I will file complaint against this office for discrimination conduct.
