I had a phone interview with a specific employee back in December, I missed the call due to work, I have been calling and trying to get in contact with this specific employee since December to do this phone interview, it is so hard to reach this person and my benefits are stopping because I cant get in touch with this employee, it is super frustrating and irritating, my daughter has to go without because this employee is hard to reach.

Hello, yes, I've been needing to have an over the phone interview meeting for around 1 or two months now, & unfortunately I've been trying to keep hold of ya'll but, every time I do call, my phone calls fail, they can't go through. That's why I haven't been able to keep in touch , I just hope that it gets resolved soon.

Social Security is a non functional organization. There are series of issues. I wanted to change my status from permanent resident to Citizen and since then having issues working with them. 1. No one pickup your call for 1 -2 hours 2. When talk representative and request for in person appointment, they don't give you. 3. If you insist to talk to a manager etc. then they cut your line.

I called 2 times to book appointment but I was told they will call me back and it's a month since I made the 1st call.

I need to update social card. How can i have an appointment please?

  10. Mar 26, 2021

Service at this location has been terrible. I submitted my application for a new social security card after my name change went through when I got Naturalization from USA. I submitted this application in November 2021. I received my social security card with my updated name, but never received Original naturalization certificate back. I have called countless amount of times, dropped a letter in their Dropbox, and faxed them a letter to their fax number. Some agents have said that they would email the office manager so that he can call me, but months have gone by an NOBODY has called me. I have allowed all calls to go through, even spam calls to not miss the office manager’s call. I have have taken time off work to be able to call the office to get answers or have someone find my form. I need to be scheduled as a dire need appointment. I need my naturalization form which costs $555 to replace in order to get an updated driver’s license or any other legal documentation, so I’ll wait a little longer to have him solve this situation. I’m disappointed at the lack of responsibility with people’s legal documents.
