I would like to compliment Ms. Perez after speaking with her this morning. She was professional, kind and patient. She resolved my two (2) issues in a timely manner. I would like to rate her as a 5* CSR. Sincerely, Lona

When I called this afternoon I had a very short wait time and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mike. He was very helpful and courteous and I have to say it was not the experience I expected after seeing all the other reviews.

I would give this place Zero Stars if I could! Apparently no one knows anything. They told me I didn’t need an appointment at first. Then turn me away at the door after I missed a day at work. Tells me to call a number which then tells me to send my documents in but sends me a letter back saying I need to come in with my original documents all to correct one letter in my middle name. Need to be retrained on professionalism & organization. HORRIBLE PLACE FOR YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NEEDS!

  23. Apr 1, 2019

Kept my daughter's official birth certificate. When I tried to walk back to the window it was already closed. There are no direct numbers into the office for me to call and find it. Security would not help me talk to any of the office staff to get it back.
