Terrible. The woman admitting people is over the top rude and on a power trip. My son and I needed new cards so we went together. He’s a tall but a minor. We were not allowed to go in together. All of our paperwork was in one folder. I had to go in first and wasn’t allowed to step back out to hand him the folder. It was 3-4 steps back. This woman had to hand it to him and had the audacity to go through the folder for his paperwork. We had to be serviced by different clerks and I couldn’t even talk to him as I was being told to leave. There’s really no need to treat people with such disrespect. If you’re not happy with your job - get another one!

Is anyone in the office or answering the phones? If your office is open to accept phone service only, it should have staff there to answer calls.

After remaining on line for 40 minutes, I was asked to remain online while agent 'Jordan' obtained further information. I was then placed on hold and reconnected with your survey and was unable to reconnect with the agent. I do not have the time for this inefficiencies. I am only trying to make an appointment with an agent to discuss SSA benefits for my self and my wife.
